Jason is a graduate of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan with a Bachelor's in Music and currently attending CUNY Lehman College pursuing a Master's degree anticipated in December 2010. Since relocating to New York Jason has performed in productions Off-Off Broadway, the NYMF Festival, and regionally throughout the tri-state area. Jason has also performed as a reeds musician on the North American Tours of the Broadway Musicals; Miss Saigon, 42nd Street, Gypsy, and Avenue Q on saxophone, clarinet, flute, piccolo, and bass clarinet. He has performed regionally at The Theatre by the Sea in Matunuck, Rhode Island; the Wagon Wheel Theatre in Warsaw, Indiana; The Barn Theatre in Augusta, Michigan; and Mason Street Warehouse in Saugatuck, Michigan. A state certified music educator in New York with two years experience teaching music for the Kalamazoo Public Schools, Jason is currently in his third year teaching general/vocal and instrumental music for Clarkstown Central School District in New City, New York.
